Deeside receives £1.8m for public transport improvements

BBC News has reported that £1.8m is to be spent in Deeside in preparation for a north-east Wales metro. The cash will improve transport links in the Deeside Enterprise Zone and it is hoped that this will help prepare the area for the proposed metro system revealed by the Welsh government last year.
