Department for Transport publishes quarterly bus statistics

The Department for Transport published its quarterly bus statistics, for January-March 2019. Compared to the same quarter in 2018, local bus passenger journeys increased by 0.1% in England and decreased by 0.7% outside London. In the same period, bus use in England outside London increased by 0.9%; in Scotland it increased by 3.9% and in Wales it increased by 5.8%.
