Labour Party publishes manifesto with key transport pledges

The Labour Party has published their General Election manifesto, focusing on key transport pledges as part of their ‘Green Industrial Revolution.’ The party state that councils will allow bus networks to be under public ownership and introduce free bus travel for under-25s. They also confirm they will bring railways under public ownership and introduce long-term investment plans to improve rail connectivity across the North of England.
