MEP calls for an end to foreign rail firms

Mark Andrews has reported that Shropshire MEP Jill Seymour has criticised the Government for granting bidding rights to three more train companies from countries who do not allow foreign operators. She added that only one in three rail operators eligible to bid for franchises were British.
