Transport Focus publish bus satisfaction survey

A survey published by Transport Focus has found that almost nine in 10 bus passengers with satisfied with their last bus journey. The figures show that 88% of respondents were satisfied in England and 91% in Scotland. Satisfactions amongst young people aged between 16 and 18 year old increased from 77% last year to 80% this year. In terms of specific bus companies, Trent Barton buses in Derbyshire scored the highest whilst Diamond Bus in Worcester scored the lowest. Satisfaction with the value for money ranged across England from 81% to 44% and satisfaction with bus service punctuality and reliability was on average 74%.
